Spicy Teriyaki Chicken


Ingredients :

4 red chillies
4 shallots
2 cloves garlic
2cm ginger
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons cooking oil
3 teaspoons seasoning
1 teaspoon chicken stock granules
1/2 teaspoon dark soya sauce
1 1/2 tablespoon sugar to taste
pepper to taste
500gram chicken wings or pieces

Methods :

  1. Grind red chillies, shallots, garlic and ginger until fine.
  2. In a bowl combine the grind ingredients with water cooking oil, seasoning, chicken stock, dark soya, sugar and pepper.
  3. Marinate chicken pieces with combined ingredients for 30 minutes or overnight.
  4. Fry chicken pieces over medium heat until brown in color.
  5. Serve it for 4.
