Spicy Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients :
4 red chillies
4 shallots
2 cloves garlic
2cm ginger
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons cooking oil
3 teaspoons seasoning
1 teaspoon chicken stock granules
1/2 teaspoon dark soya sauce
1 1/2 tablespoon sugar to taste
pepper to taste
500gram chicken wings or pieces
Methods :
- Grind red chillies, shallots, garlic and ginger until fine.
- In a bowl combine the grind ingredients with water cooking oil, seasoning, chicken stock, dark soya, sugar and pepper.
- Marinate chicken pieces with combined ingredients for 30 minutes or overnight.
- Fry chicken pieces over medium heat until brown in color.
- Serve it for 4.
