Crab Salad With Grape Fruit and Mango
Ingredients:
9 slices Mango (slice thinly)
30 gram Crabmeat
19 gram Shallot (chopped)
2 slices Grape fruit flesh (cut into cubes)
20 gram Mayonnaise
1 gram Chilli (diced)
10 ml Lime juice
10 ml Olive oil
19 gram Frisee
19 gram Baby mache
19 gram Chive (sliced)
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Methods:

Methods:
- Mix crabmeat, shallot, grape fruit flesh, mayonnaise, chilli, lime juice, olive oil, salt and pepper together.
- Place a stainless steel mould in the centre of the plate and arrange the slice mango by the side of the mould.
- Carefully put the mixed ingredients into the mould and slowly remove the mould.
- Arrange the frisee, baby mache and chive on top and place a bit mayonnaise on both side of the plate.
- Serve for one.
